I <br /> Mr. Sherman requested the Commissioners sign both <br /> Agreements, Status and Services of URS. He reported that <br /> everything went well, commending Mr. Fisher and Crew at URS. <br /> No significant changes were found. An assessment will be <br /> required at the fall overturn to determine whether the phosphorus <br /> is suppressed. <br /> . Request for Administrative Change: SE 4 -2042 changes <br /> the footprint of the building by nine inches, does not change the <br /> work limit. Mr. Sherman recommended approval . <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot rade a Motion to approve the request <br /> for Administrative Change SE 43-2042; which notion was seconded <br /> y Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7. waterways Commission - Mr. Sherman reported that a <br /> request has been made from the waterways Commission, to the <br /> Board of Selectmen en for determination from Town Counsel regarding <br /> the Conservation Commission decision that dredge spoils removed <br /> from the mashpee River could not be transferred to the Harry <br /> Desrosiers conservation land. <br /> Mr. Sherman confronted Mr. Banks in this regard and is <br /> satisfied with the explanation that the waterways Commission did <br /> so in order to address opposition from residents of Ockway Bay. <br /> Upon contact with Town Counsel, Mr. Sherman reported <br /> agreement with Conservation Commission determination that said <br /> use is inappropriate for conservation land. <br /> . Ivk. Sherman reported upon donations received which are <br /> to be used to beautify the Marry Lesros iers conservation land; he <br /> anticipates landscaping work to commence shortly. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested the Conmission consider approval of a <br /> sign in addition to the plaque) . <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a Lotion to approve authorization <br /> for expenditures connected with proper signage for conservation <br /> lana; which Motion was seconded by Michael Talbot and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 10 . other - Michael Talbot reported on the Conference <br /> scheduled for December 5. 2001. <br /> New Business <br /> 1 . Mr. Sherman reported the Assistant Conservation Agent <br /> has written a letter to Pirate' s Cove Association addressing the � <br /> issue of inappropriate storage of boats in the marsh area. <br /> Executive Session <br />
