Lconi. for Determination of Applicability on <br /> construction and maintenance of a 11 x 261 addition to the <br /> detached garage, a stone retaining wall, and the extension of the <br /> existing pergola over the flagstone walkway with wind treatment <br /> at 116 Poppnesset Island Road, Assessors Map 112, Block 4. <br /> The vice chairman recognized Tim Santos, Doles & McGrath, <br /> representing Applicant, civil Engineer~ and Land Surveyors, who <br /> provided a Plot Plan for Commission review. <br /> Mr. Santos stated Applicant currently has a two-car garage. <br /> He is proposing construction of a 121 x 26 , addition stall and <br /> to extend the existing retaining wall and pergola to the proposed <br /> addition. Update ' v S ra ummit village and Quashnet Bog - Mr. <br /> Sherman reported signs have been placed at Sara um it village <br /> and Quashnet Bog regarding problems with ATV. within one day one <br /> sign at Sarakummit village was destroyed and has since been <br /> repaired; upon inspection of the Quashnet Bog, he found the signs <br /> to have had no effect. <br /> Mr. Sherman expressed concern regarding the situation and <br /> -2- <br />
