The vice Chairman recognized. Dave Sanicki, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing Applicant. <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated the initial filing had been for a dock <br /> j proposal and walkway with pavers . He further stated that at the <br /> time of construction of the house the Riverfront Act was not on <br /> the property. Making references to the Plan he indicated where <br /> the stairway had begun and those areas of proposed continuance. <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated the Plan has been amended, they have re- <br /> advertised <br /> e- <br /> advertised to include after-the-fact work, and the proposed <br /> walkway.. Ap licant also wishes to do some pruning work. <br /> An accidental fire has resulted in a large burn area. It <br /> was agreed that either the Conservation/Assistant Agent would <br /> make an inspection to determine whether any Conditions such as <br /> revegetation is necessary. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated his belief that the proposed project <br /> could be conditioned for approval based upon Regulations for <br /> iverfront/Resource areas . <br /> After some discussion it was determined that request for <br /> vista pruning had been mentioned within the first filing and <br /> advertisement, but not included in the re-advertisement. The <br /> Vice Chairman stated the original Hearing (vista pruning and dock <br /> issues) had been continued to this date and that both <br /> applications could be heard. <br /> John Fitzsimmons suggested that all aspects of a Notice of <br /> Intent Application be included in re-advertisement in the future. <br /> Them being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Vice Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a Motion to Close, pending an <br /> inspection of the burned area by the Assistant Conservation Agent <br /> and Conditions imposed as a result thereof, as well as submission <br /> of a Plan indicating the extent of vista pruning and snag removal <br /> based upon the current condition of the property; which Motion <br /> was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7: 15 John Reardon, 54 banning Dight Way, continued from <br /> October 4, 2001 . <br /> The vice Chairman recognized Dave Sanicki, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing Applicant who explained the filing had <br /> been nude for an Amended Order for unauthorized work which has <br /> taken place within one hundred feet of a vernal pool . <br /> Mr. Sanicki reported Applicant has retained Don Schell t <br /> review the construction work.
