The price Chairman determined a new plan has been filed In <br /> this matter (revised October 17, 2001) . <br /> Mr. Slavinsly reported there is no change in the work limit <br /> (60 ft . from the top of the inland bank to John' Pond) , <br /> the deck structure has been increased in size, provisions for <br /> mitigation plantings have been included, as well as a proposed <br /> Title v septic system which will replace the cesspool . <br /> Applicant has not yet appeared before the Board of Appeals <br /> in this matter. <br /> Diane Boretos recommended approval . <br /> There being no commission or public connent, the price <br /> Chairman entertained a notion.. <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a Motion to Closeen i <br /> p d <br /> required application/approval from Board of Health and Board of <br /> i <br /> Appeals; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 7: Marlene Sussen a, 160 Wheeler Road, continued from <br /> j October 18, 2001 . <br /> The vice Chairman recognized Jahn Slavinsky, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing Applicant . <br /> Mr. Sherman recalled the Hearing in this matter had been <br /> continued to allow Applicant the opportunity to provide <br /> architectural plans and input from the Building Inspector <br /> regarding determination of bedroom space. <br /> Mr. Sherman reported he has not yet had the opportunity to <br /> meet with the Building Inspector regarding this matter. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky reported Applicant and Builder have met with <br /> the Building Inspector to discuss determitation of bedroom <br /> space. The Building Inspector indicated he would not issue a <br /> permit for any means of heating the garage space. He further <br /> stated that Applicant wishes to deroli h the house, rebuild the <br /> structure which will be attached to the garage at some point in <br /> the future. Applicant is requesting to construct only the garage <br /> at this point. <br /> The Commission argued said space could be conceived as a <br /> seasonal bedroom during the steer months) . <br /> Mr. Sherman clarified that traditionally the Conservation <br /> Commission determines that if a space provides privacy and offers <br /> closet space, to be a potential bedroom space. The bathroom <br /> facilities making it even more conducive to bedroom use. <br /> -7- <br />
