He further <br /> reported however that someone has conducted illegal crista pruning <br /> and deposited slash on the bank. Conservation policy dictates a <br /> permit cannot be issued until such time as the situation has been <br /> rectified (clean up slash on the bank . Application should then <br /> be made for a vista pruning permit. Depending upon the extent of <br /> vista pruning, it may involve a Notice of Intent; if limited, an <br /> RDA. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested Applicant consider a two-week <br /> continuance to allow for the filing of a vista pruning <br /> application; to which Mr. Consalve agreed. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the vice <br /> Chairman entertained a potion. <br /> NOTION: Ralph Shaw rade a Motion to continue the Hearing in <br /> this matter to November 15, 2001 at 7 : 40 p.m. , at Applicant ' s <br /> request; which motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Old Business - Continued <br /> . Fetter"-Fasenel<la & Woods - Diane Boretos provided copies <br /> of said letter explaining this matter to involve a revised order <br /> of Conditions imposed upon New Seabury. The letter signed by <br /> Glen wood states they have made several attempts to record the <br /> revised order of Conditions at the Registry of ]deeds, which has <br /> not been accepted by the Registrar. Request is being made for <br /> the Conservation Commission to re-issue a new Order of <br /> Conditions. <br /> new order of Conditions has been prepared and dated <br /> November 1, 2001; and was signed y the Commission. <br /> Mr. Sherman, concerned with setting a precedence, suggested <br /> the order be conditioned to expire on the same mate as the <br /> original . The Commission agreed. <br /> 7: 35 John G. Mates, Jr. , 53 Hooppole Road, continued from <br /> October 1 , 2001. <br /> The Nice Chairman recognized John Slavinsky, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing Applicant. The matter had been <br /> continued due to the request for plantings tings made by the Assistant <br /> Conservation Agent, and due to a change in the footprint made by <br /> the Applicant. - - <br />
