Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTIaN. Elliot Rosenberg Stade a Motion to Close subject t <br /> receipt of a revised plan showing the fence located at the top of <br /> the coastal bank; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and' so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 15 Leonard Florence, to amend the order of Conditions for <br /> SE 43-2011 to allow maintenance of an existing riprap wall at 7 <br /> Triton way, Assessors neap 132, Block 3 . . <br /> The Chairman recognized Tim- Santos, Holmes & McGrath, Civil <br /> Engineers, representing Applicant, who provided plans. <br /> Mr. Santos explained an order of conditions had been <br /> previously approved for reconstruction of the existing riprap. <br /> Since then Applicant has decided to repair those portions f the <br /> riprap that are in failure and need. e provided pictures of <br /> said riprap noting the lower portions are in need of repair. He <br /> explained the proposed project. <br /> Mr. -Santos further explained these are temporary repairs. <br /> Diane Boretos made reference to 'a letter received from cZM <br /> requesting filter cloth be installed behind the repair areas; the <br /> use of stiff concrete; repairs not become flush with existing <br /> surface of revetment; and that beach nourishment be considered by <br /> the Applicant (courser sand and gravel) . <br /> Applicant has responded by providing a revised plan showing <br /> everything except the filter cloth and beach nourishment . The <br /> filter cloth will be installed where possible; beach nourishment <br /> is not an option as there is no access . <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a Motion to accept the Amended <br /> Order; which Motion was seconded by John Johansen and so voted. <br /> unanimously. <br /> 7 : 20 games Shaul , Determination of Applicability on <br /> construction and reconfiguration of a 141 x 161 deck and a 141 X <br /> 151 screened porch at 10opponesset Island Road, Assessors Map <br /> 112, Block 28 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Richard Yarosh, representing <br /> Applicant, who explained the e fisting deck had to be removed re for <br /> safety reasons . <br /> Diane Boretos - explained this project is located within one <br /> hundred feet of a flood plain., she recommnded a Negative ill <br /> Determination. <br /> -4- <br />
