Y <br /> I <br /> Elliot Rosenberg stepped down from the Hearing in this <br /> matter as well . <br /> The Chairman recognized that Applicants were present at the <br /> Meeting, however they could not present their proposal without <br /> the plans from Mr. Consalve (who was not present) . <br /> The Hearing was held open until such time asApplicant ' s <br /> representative/plans arrived and it was convenient for the <br /> onunlssion to resume said Hearing. <br /> Old Business - Continued <br /> . Mr. Sherman requested approval for an. Enforcement order <br /> for New Seabury Marina for removal of the large float assemblage <br /> which is not permitted. <br /> MOTION-,- Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion to issue an <br /> Enforcement order in this matter; which Motion was seconded by <br /> Michael Talbot and so voted unanimously. <br /> . Mr. Sherman made an appeal to purchase a new (digital) <br /> planimeter to assist with calulations made with reference to the <br /> Flexibility Clause. <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a Motion to authorize the <br /> purchase of a new digital planimeter, from the Conservation Fund; <br /> which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 25 Cosmos Chri sis to replace an existing 531 long seasonal <br /> pier, ramp and float with a permanent structure, widening the <br /> pier from 2 . 5 ' to 41 and the ramp from 2 .251 to 31 at 14 <br /> Captains Row, Assessors Map 9 , Block 24 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Barbara Frappier, Wm. M. Warwick <br /> Assoc . , Inc. , representing Applicant . <br /> References were being made to the Plan, Ms: Frappier <br /> explained Applicant is requesting a permanent structure, minor <br /> changes have been rade in the width, stops have beep. added to the <br /> float . <br /> Mr. Sherman has requested a section be installed with <br /> grating to benefit the growth of marsh grass, to which Applicant <br /> has agreed. <br /> (There was some discussion regarding the status of Chapter <br /> 91 license. <br /> The Clerk determined there was no DEP number. <br /> Ms. Frappier reported she had been contacted this date by <br /> the Shellfish warden who expressed concerns in this matter. <br /> -4- <br />
