5 <br /> r <br /> The Chairman recognized Richard York, Shellfish Warden, <br /> who reported there are soft shelled clans in this historical.l <br /> productive area. At some point along the float the sandy hard <br /> bottom turns into muck, which will not support float stops . He <br /> suggested installation of a pilings /brackets be taken into <br /> consideration. <br /> Mr. York also expressed concern for shellfisher nen being <br /> allowed access underneath the float; he suggested the width be <br /> narrower. He thea submitted a Mem <br /> o outlining his concerns to the <br /> Commission. <br /> There was brief discussion regarding the Shellfish Warden' s <br /> rcco mendations/the installation of two 2 p'lin s . <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion to continue the <br /> Nearing in this matter to - e'cember 1 , 2001 at 8 : 00 p.m. , at <br /> Applicant ' s request; which Motion was seconded by Michael Talbot <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> Nor. Sherman reported to the Chairman that Mr. and Mrs . Kumi.n <br /> have requested a continuance of their Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a Motion to continue the Hearing <br /> in the matter of Myron Kumin to December 13, 2 o.1 at 8 : 05 p.m. , <br /> at Applicant ' s request; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> y. <br /> 0 Popponesset Bay -Realty Trust, Janes P. Mitchell, <br /> Trustee, for the removal of a. wooden' boat ramp and replacement <br /> with wooden dock, ramp and seasonal floats; and restoration of <br /> the coastal bank and salt marsh areas at 43 shoestring Bad` Road, <br /> Assessor's Map 84, Block 26 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Brad Hall_, representing Applicant, <br /> who introduced Joe Harvey and Mr. Legor , <br /> Owner. Plans were <br /> provided to the Commission/green cards to the Clerk. <br /> Mr. Hall reported he has received a report from the <br /> Shellfish Warden this date, there are no shellfish issues . <br /> He conti ues to seek evidence of a Chapter 91 license. <br /> Mr.. Rosenberg clarified there would be a recording of the <br /> license if it is in existence. <br /> Mr. lull explained the proposal is to remove the current <br /> ramp structure; he is undecided as to how the pilings should be <br /> removed. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested an on-site visit at the appropriate <br />
