The Chairman determined Applicant is not the owner of <br /> Record. <br /> Ir. Sherman suggested Applicant consider a two-week <br /> continuance in order to obtain verification from the Assessors ' <br /> owner of Record. <br /> Where was concern and discussion raised regarding the <br /> protection of this land being a high wildlife habitat area. <br /> Requirement of a letter~ from the owner~ granting permission <br /> for proposed wort , and Attestation of ownership from the <br /> Assessors, of'fice indicating taxes are not in arrears was made <br /> by Mr. Sherman. <br /> The Chairman expressed concern with the total, amount of pond <br /> front property being altered. <br /> 'here being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman -entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion to continue the <br /> Hearing in this matter to December 13, 2001 at 8 : lo p., . , at <br /> Applicant ' s request; which Motion was seconded bar Ralph Shaw and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 40 Steven Uynds to demolish an existing dwelling and <br /> reconstruct a new dwelling with deck at 333 lono osc y Island <br /> Road, Assessor's map 120, Block 28 . <br /> The hair determined A pli nt was not present at the <br /> lie e t.i ng. <br /> Mr. Sherman reported he has discussed the project with <br /> Applicant, plans have been submitted, although the house size <br /> �p 1 as from � <br /> i s larger, it is towards the rear~ of the lot, <br /> water. The project extends approximately two feet closer to- the <br /> water (replacing lawn area) , Applicant has agreedto compensate <br /> with vegetation along the top of the blank. Applicant has also <br /> agreed to install a denitrification system (increase to 5bedrooms) . <br /> The Clerk requested the following information: DEP Number; <br /> Abutters Cards; Board of Health; Board of Appeals; and Supplement <br /> Package. <br /> There being no further Commission or public -comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a motion to deny the <br /> Application, which is incomplete, unless Applicant submits a <br /> written request for continuance within five days to December <br /> 13r 2001 at 8 : 15 p.m. ; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw <br /> and so voted unanimously. -7- <br />
