Michael Talbot made a motion to Close the Hearing <br /> ending approval of Mitigation Plans by the Assistant <br /> Conservation Agent; wbich Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 50 Sheila McNamara, 17-21 Shore Drive, continued from <br /> October 1 , 2001. <br /> The Chairman recognized Michael Crot s e, representing <br /> Applicant . <br /> Mr. Sherman spore to concerns regarding the original <br /> permitted work limit; the proposed project being beyond that <br /> original limit . He suggested a two-week continuance so that he <br /> and the Assistant Agent could properly review the matter. <br /> There being no commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION. Elliot Rosenberg made a motion to continue the <br /> Hearing in this matter to December 13, 2001- at : o p.m. ., at <br /> Applicant ' s. request; which motion was seconded b Carole Moore and s voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : L. Clam Hill, Trust, so Popponesset Island Road, <br /> continued from November 15, 2001. <br /> The Chairman recognized Arlene Wilson, A.M. wilson <br /> Associates, representing Applicant. <br /> s . Wilson explained the revised plan has segregated the <br /> new septic system for the proposed boathouse from the system <br /> for the main house so that it can be considered a separate <br /> project. <br />
