Carole Moore inquired as to success rates of pond <br /> replication. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested Applicant submit detailed <br /> methodology of the replication at the next meeting in this <br /> matter, noting where it departs from Town Regulation and where it <br /> does not. <br /> Flexibility Clause - MS. Ball addressed the issue of <br /> possible relaxation of standards for work within resource areas. <br /> References were made to the re-design of housing, golf <br /> course routing plans, resource areas, the pond (approximately <br /> 3400 sq. ft. ) and inland bank. <br /> She further requested relief from performance standards for <br /> riverfront area and the fifty-foot buffer zone. <br /> Carole Moore expressed concern for differentiating between <br /> that which has been previously altered and new alterations, <br /> Ms. Ball made references to the plan outline. <br /> Mr. Horsley volunteered to leave two aerials with the <br /> Commission for review, which cover the entire site. <br /> Leonard Pinaud asked whether or not DEP had restricted <br /> seasonal use. <br /> illowbend - Comparison of Irrigation Rates - Mr. Horsley <br /> referred to a hydrologic model which compares existing historical <br /> grater usage and the to proposed conditions. The existing water <br /> management permit allows Applicant to draw water from two <br /> locations, namely the Santuit well and Quaker Run. <br /> The water usage on a monthly and yearly basis at each <br /> location will be maintained or decreased. There is a substantial <br /> savings during the month of October. <br /> All fairway drainage will go to the ponds; there is no <br /> stormwater runoff/discharge. <br /> Mr. Sherman made reference to pg. 7-7.2 vernal Pool <br /> Restoration currently reads 11 . . .bare areas mai` be planted with <br /> native shrubs or herbaceous materials. . . suggesting the language <br /> be changed to " . . . shall be, . . rt <br /> Reference should be made to Regulation 2 riot 1 _ <br /> Fepl iat ion. <br /> Page 7-12 stewardship Program - , . . .A program that may be <br /> applied to a Jr. High School . . . " and " . . .educational signage may <br /> be included. . , n should be changed to read. . . . shall be. . ,. " in <br /> both instances. -7- <br />
