7 : McShane Construction, 8 Brookside Circle, continued from January 31, 2001. The Chairman recognized Dave S an i s i, Cape & Islands Engineering, representing Applicant. Mr.. Sherman, on behalf of the Assistant Agent, recommended approval, with the provision that the well access be revegetated. There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman entertained a notion. MOTION: Michael Talbot made a Motion to Close and Issue pending a reveget at ion plan for the water service area; which Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. 7: 35 Germaine Young, 128 Uncle Percy' s Road, continued from January 31, 2002 . Mr. Sherman reported he is awaiting revised plans indicating the wetland line, suggesting the matter be continued until said plan is submitted. MOTION: Mic ael Talbot made a Motion for Positive Determination unless contact is rade by the Applicant within five (5) days requesting a continuance to February 2 , 2002, a t 7 : 55 .m. ; which Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. New Business 1. Mr. Sherman requested approval of substitute Recording Secretary lor the March 14, 2002 Meeting, which was granted by the Commission. . Mr. Sherman informed the Commission of a workshop scheduled for March 1, 2002 from 9 : 30 a.m. to 12 : 00 p.m. at the Assembly of Delegates - Cape Cod Commission Staff review session of Development of Regional Impacts Regulations and Procedures. . Mr. Sherman an made reference to AFCEE Amended order to increase capacity of pump and treat system at FS1 Quashnet Bogs . 7 :40 Susan Chew, 47 Meadowbrool , continued from January 17, 2002 . Mr. Sherman reported the reason for continuance was proper resource delineation. He introduced Steve Ant ol, Casey Tree, requesting hien to amend the plan to indicate n inner riparian zone" and "outer riparian. zone" . Mr. Sherman recommended approval, stating the suggested plantings will much improve the situation for wildlife. -5-
