There being no further Commission or public comment, the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Carole Moore made a Motion to Close and Issue; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. At this point Michael Talbot presented a request made by Allenby to be placed on the Conservation list for native tree and plant suppliers/salvaged trees which could be incorporated into an order~ of Conditions. The Commission suggested a formal request be made on corporation letterhead for their consideration. Joel Broudy, 202 Rock Landing, continued from Januar 17, 2002 . Mr. Sherman reported the proposed planting scheme will much improve the wildlife situation. He requested the plan be amended o identify the Bordering vegetated wetland line. Mr. Sherman reported all corrections requested by the Commission have been made to his satisfaction. Revised plans have been provided. He recommended approval stating the plan has been enhanced to include planting of shrubs along the entire i lower bank. Michael Talbot stepped down from this matter. The Chairman recognized Toni Lovi t t, Ecologist, LEC Environmental.
