There was some discu sion regarding the rewired response <br /> from Massachusetts National Heritage within the thirty-day time <br /> period. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOT N_; Michael Talbot made a Motion to Close and Issue an <br /> Order of Conditions for a fifty ft. foot vista pruning <br /> corridor, pending approval from Massachusetts National Heritage <br /> and two 2 copies of a revised plan; which Motion was seconded <br /> by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 10 John Canty for Determination of Applicability for an <br /> after-the-fact addition of a patio, deck, shed, and shower at 10 <br /> Manitou Road, Assessors Map 125, Block 132 . <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended a Negative Determination, pending <br /> removal of the illegal lawn area. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot rade a Motion for Negative <br /> Determination,, pending evidence that the illegal lawn area has <br /> been removed; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 15 Harbor Midge Realty, 3 Harbor Ridge, continued from <br /> January 31, 2001 . <br /> Mr. Sherman, reporting on behalf of the Assistant Agent, <br /> recommended approval . <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a Motion to Close and Issue <br /> pending revised plan indicating a Title Block; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 :20 L. Clarke Hill, 50 Popponesset. Island, continued from <br /> November 1 , 2001. <br /> The Chairman recognized Arlene Wilson, representing <br /> Applicant. <br /> Mr. Sherman reported that after review of lawn calculations, <br /> he is in agreement with Ms. Wilson. He recommended approval; <br /> asking Michael Talbot to review the proposed planting list for <br /> approval . <br /> Applicant is requesting Lily of the valley and Pachysandra <br /> -3- <br />
