LeBlanc requested permission to remove poison ivy from <br /> the property; to which to Commission agreed. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTIoIT: Carole Moore made a Motion to approve the Amended <br /> order of Conditions; which Motion was seconded by John Johansen <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7: 15 Mashpee Harbormaster~ for Determination of Applicability <br /> to remove an area of shoaled sand from the end of the boat ramp <br /> at Main Street, Assessors lap 28, Bloch 13 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Perry Ellis, Harbormaster, who <br /> explained the reed for the request, the state being responsible <br /> to provide the equipment to return the sand into the hole that <br /> has been, created. <br /> Mr. Sherman verified the Chap. 91 license and the RDA filing <br /> to be consistent with Conservation policy under the wetlands Act . <br /> Where being no further Commission or public cormnent, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: John Johansen made a motion for Negative II <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Old Business -- Continued <br /> . certificates of compliance - Mr. Sherman reported <br /> the viglas request has been denied, boats are on the salt marsh. <br /> New Seabury Golf Course, approved as they have decided to <br /> increase pl ntin s. Canty, approved as the lawn has been <br /> removed, as well as recommended plantings. Roche, reconmendation <br /> for maintenance in perpetuity contingent upon receipt of a letter <br /> of approval from Popponesset Beach Association; or the <br /> Association, as owners of the property, apply- <br /> MoTI Ralph. Shaw made a motion, Roche Certificate of <br /> Compliance, that permission for perpetuity be granted contingent <br /> upon receipt of a letter of approval from Popponesset Beach <br /> dissociation; or application rade by the Association, as Owners of <br /> the property; which Motion was seconded by Michael Talbot and so <br /> voted unanimously. - <br />
