7 . 20 Resources Construction to amend the order of Conditions <br /> for E 43-2043 to permit a retaining wall and a railroad tie <br /> planting bed at 8 Annaron Road, Assessors Map 65, Block 3A. <br /> The Chairman recognized Arlene Wilson, representing <br /> Applicant . <br /> Ms . wilson explained the purpose of the proposed concrete <br /> wing wail off the corner of the house to benefit installation o <br /> the septic system and plantingero-sion purposes. Said proposal <br /> was never transferred on the Site Plan presented to the <br /> Commission. However, plans submitted to the Building Department <br /> were complete, indicating said wall . <br /> Also, Applicant is requesting a replacement of the approved <br /> railroad ties to split architectural block, with landscaping <br /> at the triangle (either vegetables or flowers) . Upon recent <br /> inspection Ms. Wilson has found that no materials have silted <br /> over the hay bales. i <br /> Ms. Horetos recommended approval. <br /> There being no further Commission or public convent, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Michael.
