Kopp, to repair and maintain an existing <br /> licensed concrete seawall with a new vinyl bullhead system at <br /> 277 1► onomos oy Road, Assessors Map 120, Block 39 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Rain. Li ardi, Holmes and McGrath <br /> Engineering, representing Applicant, who explained the proposed <br /> project and requested approval thereof. <br /> Diane Boretos informed the Commission of apparent violations <br /> on the property. A considerable amount of cutting has been <br /> placed along the edge of the marsh. <br /> The Chairman suggested the ratter be continued to provide <br /> the opportunity to resolve the question of cutting/slashing. <br /> The Clerk requested Attestation of ownership and DEP <br /> notification. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a rix . <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a Motion to continue the Hearing <br /> in this ratter to May 2, 2002, at 7:45 p.m. ; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Ralph Shaw and so noted unanimously. <br /> 7 :25 Paul Hanlon to amend the Order of Conditions for S <br /> 43-2090 to add a swimming pool, provide a drywel l for pool <br /> backwash and repair stone wall of existing dock at 51 Popponesset <br /> Island Road, Assessors Map 106, Block 13 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Dave sanicki, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing -Applicant, who is requesting an <br /> amendment to the order~ of Conditions, a pool addition, <br /> -4- <br />
