He proposed replacing <br /> the bulkhead with pre-constructed vinyl and a 16 ft. wide ramp. <br /> A 5 ft . walkway is also being proposed for access. The entire <br /> site will bo- cleaned-up and safety issues addressed. <br /> Diane Boretos agreed the proposed changes would result in <br /> overall i nprovement of the property. At her request the mean <br /> high water has been delineated. She inquired as to sanitary <br /> facilities. <br /> .r. Leedham explained there is no septic system on site. <br /> He has a contract for temporary portable sanitary facilities <br /> which includes weekly service and a 48-hour emergency storm <br /> notice. A master plan for permanent facilities will be filed in <br /> the future. <br /> Diane Boretos expressed concern regarding prop dredging <br /> in the shallow water, suggesting proper licensing be obtained. <br /> Stephanie Jones stated she has been asked to inquire <br /> whether or not there is a means of getting boats on and off the <br /> public ramp without scouring. <br />
