Revision - Plan Requirements Regulation. Mr. Sherman <br /> addressed the issue of specific means of cover of the disturbed <br /> area in the event of revised septic systems . He provided copies <br /> of said language change, suggesting a brief meeting/discussion <br /> t the next scheduled meeting. <br /> 7:40 Eunice Lucas, Determination of Applicability to <br /> construct a retaining wall around raised septic system, stabilize <br /> eroded and disturbed soil and construct wooden steps to deck and <br /> reinforcement of dock walkway at 81 Hooppole Road, Assessors Map <br /> , Block 21. <br /> Diane Boretos recommended a Negative 111 Determination. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTI 11T: Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion for Negative 111 <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Michael Talbot and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 3B. Lawn Regulation Revisions - Mr. Sherman suggested a <br /> meeting with Michael Talbot. <br />
