Mr. Schultz raised objections to the construction of a <br /> platform on the beach, which does not show on any plan of record, <br /> in addition to the after-the-fact deck. <br /> Mr. Sherman agreed to issue enforcement papers in the evert <br /> abutters are willing to sign an affidavit stating they observed <br /> construction of said platform one year ago. He clarified that if <br /> it is found the after-the-fact deck is permitable, by law it must <br /> be approved.; a separate enforcement order would be necessary for <br /> the other structure. He will make an inspection of the property. <br /> There being no further C mmi s s i re or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg rade a Motion to continue the <br /> Hearing In this 'Clatter to May 16, 2002 at 8 : 00 p.m. ; which Motion <br /> was seconded. by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 :20 Jeffrey and Elaine Wiesen and New Seabury Properties, <br /> LLC for vista pruning -at 30 wheelhouse Lane and Easement Area, <br /> Assessors Map 120, Blocks 162 and 60 . <br /> i <br /> The Chairman recognized Wayne Tavares, Tavares Land. Design, <br /> for the Applicant Jeffrey and Elaine Wiesen, who explained ; <br /> request is being made for a formal vista pruning corridor. <br /> Mr. Tavares explained this matter involves two separate <br /> property owners . <br /> The Chairman determined their is a letter in the file from <br /> New Seabury LLC. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> oT oN: Michael Talbot made a Motion to Close the Hearing <br /> and issue an order ofonditions; which Motion was seconded by <br /> Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 :25 Jonathan A. Burtis for Determination of Applicability <br /> for a new two-bedroom home and foundation at 70 Riverside Road, <br /> Assessors Map 119, Block 67. <br /> 1r.
