Mr. Sanicki stated the only accessibility <br /> would be at high tide. <br /> Diane Boretos recommended approval with a Condition that <br /> Vista Pruning window follow both the existing and proposed paths <br /> associated with this filing and the dock. <br /> Mr. SaniC i reported the Shellfish Warden has stated there <br /> are no shellfish concerns. <br /> Leonard Pinaud suggested grating materials be used over the <br /> marsh area to allow for more light. <br /> Diane Boretos stated she would review restriction/conditions <br /> placed on the neighboring property Tiberio . <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:- Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion to Close subject <br /> to the following Conditions: Vista Pruning, Restricted to the <br /> -4- <br />
