Diane Boretos reported Carole Moore has resigned as a <br /> Commissioner, would remain in the capacity as Alternate; <br /> Stephanie Jones has agreed to fulfill Ms. Moore t s unexpired tern. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a motion to request the Board <br /> of Selectmen to appoint Stephanie Jones to fill the unexpired <br /> term of Carole Moore, and that the Board of selectmen appoint <br /> Carole Moore as an Alternate Member; which motion was seconded by <br /> Ralph Shaw and so noted unanimously. <br /> 8 . Diane Boretos reported AFCEE is seeking approval for <br /> access to Quashnet Bogs for appraisal purposes regarding the <br /> 20-year easement. This natter is being referred to Peggy <br /> Fantozzi. <br /> . - Approval of Minutes <br /> `ION* Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minutes of January 17, 2002, January 24, 2002, January 31, 2002; <br /> February 7, 2002, February 14, 2002, February 21, 2002, February <br /> 28, 2002; April. 4, 2002, April 18, 2002; and May 2, 2002, May 1 , <br /> 2002 as submitted; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so <br /> voted unanimously <br /> to . Diane Boretos reported the Administrative Secretary will <br /> be out of the office the week of June 24th; request has been <br /> made to the Personnel Department to assign a floater/June 27th <br /> and, 28th. <br /> Executive Session <br /> The Conservation Commission entered into Executive Session <br /> at 8: 35 p.m. A motion having been duly made and seconded to do <br /> s .
