I <br /> The Assistant Agent disagreed stating approval for <br /> electrical/water lines have been approved under Amended order <br /> on Daniel ' s Island Road. <br /> She suggested use of a silt fence, and redesign/revi ed <br /> detailed plans (to code) . <br /> The Commission suggested Applicant consider a continuance; <br /> there being no further Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> OTIO T: Elliot Rosenberg made a Notion to continue the <br /> Hearing in this matter to July 11, 2002 at 7 :40 p.m. , at <br /> Applicant ' srequest; which motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> 7: 15 Nancy Farrel ly, 31 Starboard Lane, 25 Starboard Lane, <br /> and wading Place Road, continued from une 13, 2002 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Brad Holmes, BSC Group, representing <br /> Applicant . <br /> The existing stone revetment has failed and could prove to <br /> be a public safety hazard. Applicant is requesting approval to <br /> rebuild/repair. <br /> Mr. Holmes explained the proposed project, noting access <br /> from wading Place Road onto Popponesset Spit. - .fie made reference <br /> to a letter of approval. from Popponesset Beach dissociation. <br /> Permission has also been obtained from Massachusetts Division of <br /> Fisheries and wildlife, a copy of which will be provided to the <br /> commission upon receipt. <br /> The site shall be returned to its origifial condition, the <br /> proposed sand base will act as beach nourishment. Annual beach <br /> nourishment, as needed., to be provided by Applicant, <br /> The Assistant Agent suggested the utter be continued in <br /> order to provide additional information. Registered Land <br /> Surveyor Stamp i required; Wetland Restrictions to be addressed; <br /> Average Mean High water is being challenged erosion issues; <br /> technically new revetment, rebuild, stabilization issues. Beach <br /> n urishm nt concerns; ENF filing; Corp permit; Chapter 91 permit. <br /> The Clerk noted fee filing had been made under Category 2, <br /> should have been Category 5 . <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> SOT o Elliot Rosenberg made a Notion to continue the <br /> Dearing in this matter to July 11, 2002 at 7 .-45 p.m. , at <br /> Applicant ' s re ue t; which Notion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and <br /> -3- <br />
