Town of Mashpee T OVU 0L <br /> Conservation oni s i onIt;#tlCLI.- . <br /> Minutes of Meeting } : ff <br /> Judy 11, 2002 0 SP 4 PM- 3: 2 6 <br /> The Town of M sh ee Conservation Commission Meeting was <br /> called to order in Conference Room , Mashee Town Hall, 1 <br /> Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6: 55 p.m. on <br /> Thursday, July 11, 2002 . The vice Chairman, Elliot Rosenberg, <br /> presided. <br /> Commissioners present: John Johansen, Clerk; Stephanie <br /> Jones, Associate Member; Elliot Rosenberg, vice Chairman; Ralph <br /> Shaw; and Michael Talbot. <br /> Also present: Peggy Fantozzi, Acting Conservation Agent. <br /> The vice Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called <br /> the Meting to order. <br /> Funic Comment - Ms. Fantoi reported upon telephone <br /> conversation with the Town tanager relative to Johns Pond issues <br /> of concern (water flow) . Possible establishment of a Town <br /> on nittee was suggested. <br /> John Johansen cautioned the Childs Kiger feeds water to the <br /> bogs in doth Mashpee and Falmouth. <br /> Non-Hearing Agenda -- New Business <br /> Minutes <br /> MOTION: John Johansen made a Motion to approve the Minutes <br /> of May 30, 2002; June 13, 2002; and June 27, 2002 as submitted; <br /> which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> Ms. Fanto i reported an Emergency Certificate, failed <br /> septic system, which the Board of Health has certified, for 11 <br /> Pem Lane. <br /> MOTION: Michael. Talbot made a Motion to approve and sign an <br /> emergency Certificate, failed septic system, for 11 Fera Lame, <br /> Mashpee, MA; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> M . Fantoi inquired as to procedure in the event a project <br /> (COC) , upon inspection, differs slightly from what the Commission <br /> approved. A portion of the deck remains, agreement had been <br /> reached for its removal towards mitigation. <br /> The vice Chairman advised- Applicant is required to reappear <br /> before the Commission; or an Enforcement order will to be issued. <br />
