{ <br /> Ms. 'anto zi reported on the site at 17 Forest Street - An <br /> order has been issued subject to receipt and approval by the <br /> Conservation Agent of a landscaping plan. She reported the <br /> landscaping plan and original topography plan differ by one <br /> foot. (mr. Sherman has made an approval for planting. Also, <br /> there is a substitution of a natural slope rather than stone <br /> walls in the back. <br /> complaint from an abutter has been received stating <br /> Applicant is not building according to the approved plan. <br /> The approved landscaping plan does show the changes, removal <br /> of the stone walls to natural grade and a twelve 1 foot <br /> contour rather than eleven (11) feet) . <br /> MOTION: John Johansen made a Motion to accept the landscape <br /> plan, 17 Forest Street, Mashpee, MA, as submitted; which lotion <br /> was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7: 00 Frederic Blythe, 228 Wading Place, continued from June <br /> 1 , 2002 . <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a motion to continue the Hearing in <br /> this matter to ,August 8. 2002 at 7 : 00 p.m. , at Applicant' s <br /> request; which Motion was seconded by Michael Talbot and so voted <br /> u .ani usl . <br /> 7: 05 Rick Brooks, 95 Pickerel Cove, continued from June 13, <br /> 2002 . <br /> The vice Chairman recognized Arlene Wilson, representing <br /> Applicant, who reported the study required by Massachusetts <br /> Natural. Heritage has been completed. <br /> There are no muc ets at the site, however fresh pond mussels <br /> have been found. Mass. Natural Heritage has recommended that a <br /> representative from LEC be present on-site at the time of <br /> installation. <br /> (There was discussion as to whether or not this natter <br /> should be closed or continued, awaiting a formal Decision from <br /> Mass.
