Nancy Parrelly, 31 Starboard Lane, 25 Starboard Lane, <br /> and Wading Place Road, continued from Tune 27, 2002 . <br /> The vice Chairman recognized Norman Hayes, representing <br /> ppl icafnt, who made a request for continuance. <br /> oT'IN: Michael Talbot made a motion to continue the <br /> Nearing in this ratter to July 25, 2002 at 7 : 50 p.m. , at <br /> Applicant ' s request; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> 7:50 Cecile and Leonard Pette, 194 Fells Pond Road, <br /> continued from June 27, 2002 . <br /> Ms. F'antoi reported Applicant has requested a continuance <br /> to July 25, 2002 . <br /> MOTION. Michael Talbot rade a motion to- continue the <br /> Hearing in this matter to July 25, 2002 at 7 :40 p.m. , at <br /> Applicant ' s request; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> 7:55 New Seabury Marina, Determination of Applicability <br /> after-the-fact for u.npermitted electrical work and illegal piles <br /> at 135 Daniels Island Road, Assessors Map 105, Bloch 280 . <br /> The vice Chairman recognized Michael Grotske, representing <br /> Applicant, who addressed the Violation Notice .issued on the <br /> grounds of installation of electrical conduits/transform panel <br /> within the upland area. <br /> Mr. Grotske proposed the use of loam on the trench areas <br /> and conservation mix seed. He provided pictures of tho site for <br /> Commission review. <br /> Nis. Fantozzi reported the illegal piles have been removed <br /> from the site. The after-the-fact work for which Applicant is <br /> seeping a permit has demonstrated no adverse impacts to the <br /> resource area.. Staff has recommended a Negative III <br /> Determination tion for work within a buffer zone to a coastal bank, <br /> with the stipulation that the condition of the salt marsh be <br /> monitored and a report be submitted to Conservation Staff no <br /> later than the end of September. If it is determined that <br /> remediation is necessary recommendations are to be made at that <br /> time. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Vice Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a. motion for Negative III <br /> Determination with the Stipulation that the condition of the salt <br /> marsh be monitored and a report be submitted to Conservation <br /> Staff n later than the end of September; if it is determined <br /> -8- <br />
