Elliot Rosenfeld said she has a choice to have Commission deny the vista pruning and approve the rest of the plan, and -if client wants any vista pruning, they can core back with another application. or she can request a continuance to amend the vista pruning. Army said her client would like to close the hearing. Michael Talbot moved to accept the amended order with the exception of the vista pruning. Lotion made; seconded; and unanimously carried to approve the amended order with the exception of the crista pruning. 7:50 p#rte. Judy Miller, 2 Popponesset Island Road (walkways, driveway, tree removal, shrub replacement, screen mitigative planting, vista pruning and replacement of 2" with " drinking water well . Wayne Tavares, representing applicant, presented project. Motion made; seconded; and unanimously carried to approve project. f 7;55 p.m, Michael Cranfield} 91 Monomoscoy Road West (cont. from 7/25/02) Michael Cranfield presented his requests but the required input was not available. Motion rade; seconded; and unanimously carried for a positive determination. Elliot told Mr. Cranfield that he can meet with Diane and file a Notice of intent. 8:00 p.m. shoestring Bay LLC Willowbend Development Corp. Mute Swan Circle (construct new decks and stairway, change configuration of screen roan and previous terrace) Mayne Tavares and engineer showed original plan of house which had previously been approved and a revised plan which incorporated soome changes. Michael Talbot requested copy of the neva plan alone i.e., minus the old plan) that presents all the information needed for clarity.
