F eq a ted 96 ft. vista view, which is 46 ft. <br /> beyond the 50 ft. maximum. <br /> Elliot Rosenfeld said she has a choice to have Commission deny the vista <br /> pruning and approve the rest of the plan, and -if client wants any vista pruning, <br /> they can core back with another application. or she can request a continuance <br /> to amend the vista pruning. Army said her client would like to close the hearing. <br /> Michael Talbot moved to accept the amended order with the exception of the <br /> vista pruning. <br /> Lotion made; seconded; and unanimously carried to approve the amended <br /> order with the exception of the crista pruning. <br /> 7:50 p#rte. Mute Swan <br /> Circle (construct new decks and stairway, change configuration of screen roan <br /> and previous terrace) <br /> Mayne Tavares and engineer showed original plan of house which had <br /> previously been approved and a revised plan which incorporated soome changes. <br /> Michael Talbot requested copy of the neva plan alone i.e., minus the old plan) <br /> that presents all the information needed for clarity. <br />
