Diane recommended a <br /> continuance to August 22, because we don't have enough information on the <br /> filing. <br /> Motion made; seconded; and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to <br /> August 22 at :50 p.m., provided that applicants request a continuance within <br /> five days of this meeting. <br /> 7:40 p,m. James K. and Kathleen Miller, 105 Popponesset Island load, 101 <br /> Popponesset Island Road, and Reserve Area (cont. from 202 <br /> Michael Johnson represented applicants. In addition to making sure the path is <br /> no more than 4 ft. wide, they also relocated it, and submitted plans for <br /> revegetation. New Seabury is very keen on seeing that it is resolved. <br /> Applicants have approval in writing from the Home Owners Association. <br /> Michael Talbot suggested not replacing vegetation with mountain laurel because <br /> it is not native to Cape Cod and requires a lot of feeding and irrigating. Mr. <br /> Johnson agreed to use lamb's kill instead of mountain laurel. <br /> Michael Johnson asked if applicants need written permission from owner of lot <br /> 262 to do the revegetation. He said the owners have been notified. Elliot <br /> Rosenberg said we usually require a note in the file so there is no problem later. <br /> Mr. Johnson will get written permission. <br /> Michael Talbot recommended a negative determination pending receipt of <br /> written approval of revegetation. <br /> Iletin made; seconded; and unanimously carried for a negative determination <br /> pending receipt of written approval of revegetation. <br /> 0 <br />
