Re: Enforcement - Mr. sailquerr . Bob Sherman said this is another long-standing violation on Ashumet Pond. Peggy asked the Commission to issue an enforcement order which asked certain things he'd like to change. 1 If you can't cure a violation via an approved plan and enforcement, I'd ask thea to file a notice of intent. It just clogs up our schedule and they have the right to appeal. 2 In this case, we have a buyer who's hot to buy it, they're hot to sell it -- they'll do anything vire ask. If we can get an approved plan and we reconcile an enforcement order, it's just as solid as the order of Conditions. Bob asked permission to depart from what was approved earlier with Peggy and give hire the latitude to present a plea for approval via an enforcement order instead of requiring a Notice of Intent filing. New Business: Diane reported the following: Due to a fire in Santuit Pond Conservation area last week, the Fire Department had to fill in an intermittent strew. Diane will coordinate with DPW to culvert stream for future Fire Department access. The commissioner of.the Fire Department may prescribe burns in certain conservation areas to prevent catastrophic fires in some of the surrounding developed areas. Renee and Tom Fudula asked the Commission to approve two trails at ,Jehu Pond and Lopez property. -Diane recommended approval.
