Elliot Rosenberg moved for a negative determination on the demolition of existing <br /> dwelling. Elliot Rosenberg and Ralph Shaw voted in favor; Jack Fitzsimmons and <br /> Michael Talbot voted against, resulting in a stalemate. <br /> Bob Sherman stated that the best option is to continue the hearing until there is a full <br /> quorum. Norman requested continuance to September 5th provided that the hearing <br /> will be solely on the demolition of the existing building. However} he will supply the <br /> information concerning the arc, the ground cover, the location of the work and the <br /> number of stations. <br /> Motion rade; seconded; and unanimously carried for a continuance <br /> to September 5th at 7:30 p.m. <br /> 8:00 p.m. Gerald Bern, 107 Greensward Road sunroom addition and deck <br /> expansion) <br /> Bob recommended a negative determination. <br /> Motion n made; seconded; and unanimously carried for a negative determination. <br /> 8:05 p.m. Willowbend Development Corporation, 37 Shoestring Ind. (vista pruning) <br /> Diane needs a vote to reconsider this. It's been advertised and abutters have been <br /> notified. <br /> Motion made; seconded; and unanimously carried to reconsider this issue. <br /> The plan for vista pruning presented in the previous meeting didn't meet the polio <br /> guidelines. Applicant presented a new plan for just a single window, which does meet <br /> the guidelines. <br /> Motion made; seconded; and unanimously carried to approve the application. <br /> 8:10 p.m. Edward srra dis, 166 Algonquin Ave. (deck expansion and sunroom <br /> Bob visited the site and recommended a negative approval of the project. <br /> Motion made; seconded; and unanimously carried for a negative approval of the <br /> project. <br /> 8:15 p.m. Ellen Shepherd, 38 Quaker Faun Fid. (reinstall lawn, driveway, walkway, trim <br /> shrubs, install irrigation, remove dead limbs, remove stumps and amend embankment) <br /> Representative for applicant presented revised pian and Diane Boretos recommended <br /> approval. <br />
