When these issues are resolved, applicant can file a new application. The piers of the structure will not be removed, so there'll be no disturbance of the soil. If the Commission wants the seven feet that the excavator cannot reach by sitting outside the 100 ft. buffer zone to the coastal bank, that gill be removed by hand.
