Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to October 3 <br /> at 7:45 p.m. at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:50 P,r . Ell Florence, 110 Popponesset load (demolish house and rebuild Wth two <br /> additions and relocate septic system). Tony Carter, representing the applicant, <br /> presented the pian. Bob recommended approval contingent on confirmation from the <br /> Building Inspector that there is no increase in the number of bedrooms. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to close the hearing and issue an <br /> Order of Conditions with the provision that the architectural plans be reviewed by the <br /> Conservation Agent and the Building Inspector to ensure there is no increase in the <br /> number of bedrooms. <br /> 7.55 Pira* Bernard Pems ei , 161 Camel's Island Road (continued from 9/5). Bob said <br /> he contacted Mr. Perhstein who said that he needs more information on how the poison <br /> ivy was to be removed and clarification on the plan. In addition, their landscaper was <br /> supposed to get in touch with Bob, but has not done so. Bob recommended a <br /> continuance. Michael and Elliot recommended that a continuance be granted provided <br /> the applicant makes the request in writing within five days of this meeting} which right <br /> provide impetus for them to contact their landscaper. <br /> Motion made# seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to October 3 <br /> at :30 p.m. providing that the applicant rakes a request in writing for the continuance <br /> within five days of this meeting. <br /> p.m. Russell Lowe, 11 Harbor fridge Road {continued from 9/5). Norman Hayes <br /> representing the applicant, described the 9105/02 plan of record which shovers the four <br /> changes as required at the last meeting -- i.e. the septic being outside the 100 ft., the <br /> work line, the w1ildflower or native grass mix, and the slope stabilization 100 ft. from the <br /> pocket bank. <br /> Elliot asked about an underground foundation. Norman said the demolition was solely <br /> above ground structure} so there will be no disturbane of anything subgrade. <br /> Elliot asked for comments from the public regarding the demolition of the existing <br /> house. <br /> Margaret McConnell, 7 Harbor Fridge Drive, said the septic systema has not been refiled <br /> with the Board of Health. Norman said he and Bob had a meeting with Glen <br /> Harrington, who said there's no need for any hearing on it, just submit the plan and it <br /> will be approved. Elliot said our approval will be subject to getting approval of the <br /> septic system from the Board of Health, that the septic system in Its new location is not <br /> in the jurisdiction of the Conservation Commission. <br /> Marshall Brer, 21 Harbor Fridge Drive} said he attended the August 22nd hearing and <br /> at that time he and others thought this project was very complex. Now it's described as <br /> a very simple situation, but he thinks it's still complex. Elliot said there was an item with <br /> respect to the coastal bank which was not shorn on the plan presented on August 22. <br />
