7:25 p.m. Peter Hinden, 17 shore Line Drive (demolish house, pump and remove
cesspool, construct new house, deck, patio, driveway, utilities and Title V septic
system). John slavinsky, cape & Island8 Engineering, represented applicant. Bob
recommended approval of project with provision that an area near the patio be cleaned
up and planted with three blueberry bushes. Mr. slavinsky will make a new plan to
reflect this planting.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to close the hearing and issue an
Order of Conditions with the recommendation that the revised plan be submitted with
the three blueberry plantings.
7:30 p.m. Donald T rlick, 17 Duress Toad (continued from 915) Donald Turlick was
present. Bob recommended approval of project providing that applicant will plant two
winterberry, two highbush blueberry, and two fett r bushes to mitigate the disturbed
areas.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to issue a Legative 3 Determination
with the addition of six plantings as stated above.
7:35 p.m. Meetinghouse Partners, LLC, 30 Meetinghouse Load (subdivide and build
twelve homes). John Vaccaro represented applicant. Bob reported that Diane has
requested more detailed plans within the riverl:ront area and Mr. Vaccaro requested a
continuance to provide same.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to October 3
at :20 p.m. at the request of the applicant.
7:40 p.m. Michael O'Hara, 76 Greensward load (continued from 915) Bob reported
that he and Diane discovered a very significant wetland which surprisingly exists
between Focklanding Road and Greensward Road. There is a significant erosion
problem, not caused by the owner, but by an old street drain. Bob has been
negotiating with the owner to save it. Because of our Chapter 172 provisions on rare
species} we normally might deny such a project. However, if vire invoke the flexibility
clause and they can fisc the erosion problem, we have a better situation. Bob has a
meeting with Don Liptack and Dave sanicki on Monday, and the applicant has
requested a continuance.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to October 3
at :20 p.m. at the request of the applicant.
7:45 p.m. shoestring Bary Realty Trust, 23 shoestring Bay Road (construct house,
septic system, pool, driveway, walkways, utilities and landscaping). Stephanie Jones
reported that the applicant has requested a continuance. Bob stated we previously
approved a house on this lot but the current request moves the house some 75 t.
closer to the resource area. Bob has advised the applicants that he has to discuss this
change with them, hence the continuance.
