No one was present to represent the applicant. Bob reported that on Monday he,, Don
Liptack and Mike Talbot visited the site, which has a serious slope problem. They
rade applicant put up a plywood work limit. Don told applicant to get his dry wells in
now and do some temporary work to control the problem before there is a spill into the
wetlands
Bob care back to office and checked the measurements submitted, and on
Wednesday he went back to the site and found that the work limit is at feast 10 feet
f rtlner down the slope than indicated on the plan. Don had initially suggested steps to
remedy the problem, but now the work requirements are more extensive. Bob told the
applicant that he has to submit a revised plan to remedy the problem. Bob had
expected the applicant to attend this meeting.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant the applicant a continuance
to October 17 at 7;35 p.m., subject to applicant's request within five days from this
meeting. Otherwise the matter will be denied and an enforcement order will be issued.
7:46 .m., Shoestring Bay Realty Trust, 23 Shoestring Bay Road (continued from
September . Bob stated that the new proposed footprint is considerably closer to
the resource area than the old footprint. Michael and he have not been able to
coordinate a meeting to discuss this, so Bob recommends a continuance.
Motion made,, seconded and unanimously carried to grant the applicant a continuance
to October 31 at :00 p.m.
7:50 .m., Willowben 1 Development corp,, 69 Shoestring Bay Road (construct and
maintain single anvil dwelling, driveway, utilities and landscaping (renew SE 43-1794).
Bob explained that Amy Ball, applicant's representative, had to reapply, because the
original application was going to expire. She is not requesting any change from the
previous filing -- it's the same footprint as approved earlier.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to close the application.
7:55 P.m, Stephen Zubficki, Jr, 22 Fells Pond Road (clear area of low shrubs and
undergrowth). Mr. Zubricki was present. Diane said the area where clearing is
requested was cleared about a year ago. She said it is a tight lot, and building a house
there would probably not be allowed today. She recommended that clearance be
limited to five feet from the edge of the deck.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried for a legative 2 Approval, subject to
submission of a plan approved by the Assistant Conservation Agent.
8:00 p.m, Alfred Houston, 52 old Dock Lane (construct family room addition, screen
porch, deck, garage and remove lawn). Tony Ferragamo represented the applicant
and presented the plan. Diane recommended approval of the project. Bob
recommended we make a note on the application that this plan and approval does not
certify river front or coastal bank jurisdiction. But if it is a coastal bink, it's 85 to 90 feet
away, so it's approvable anyway.
6
