MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of October 17, 2002 <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Msh ee Town Hall Meeting Boon 3 <br /> Commissioners present* Jack Fitzsimmons, Elliot Rosenberg,, Stephanie Jones, <br /> Leonard l inaud, Ralph Shaw, Michael Talbot. <br /> Staff resent. Robert Sherman, Agent; Diane Boretos, Assistant Agent, Frances <br /> Wise, Board Secretary <br /> Jack Fitzsimmons, chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Mr. Angieri, 69 Horseshoe Bend Way, was present. Bob Sherman reported that Mr. <br /> Angieri received a Certificate of Compliance for a single family home a couple of years <br /> ago. Since then some other work has been done for which he would like to have a <br /> permit. There now is a stone patio which is roughly 16 f#. over the work limit, and a <br /> clearing beyond it which goes about 20 ft. beyond the work limit Bob said he has <br /> advised Mr. Angieri that we do sometimes permit waivers based on a sliding scale <br /> formula for mitigation where mitigation can be meaningful and where the need is <br /> compelling. .hack Fitzsimmons told Mr. Angieri that he is free to male an application, <br /> but he has no idea how the Commission will feel at that time, and he reiterated that the <br /> reed must be compelling. <br /> Noy Hearing Agenda <br /> Commission, c thanked Bob and Diana Lund for organizing <br /> n behalf of the tom the <br /> party for John Johansen, and !Michael Talbot for doing a wonderful job of hosting it. <br /> Bob reported that thanks to everybody's generosity, he gage John a gift certificate for <br /> $60 to the Paddock restaurant and had $40 left over, which he gave to John in cash. <br /> Old Business <br /> 1. RFAA - Coffey. Bob recommended approval } <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously approved to accept the administrative <br /> review for Mr. Coffey,, <br /> 2. Extension permit- G rlt. Bob recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously approved to extend the permit for Mr. Gerit. <br />
