. COG'S <br /> SE 3-1983 (house) Bob did not recommend approval. The main problem is the <br /> lawn and the vegetation area is not close to what it's supposed to be, so Bob will issue <br /> an Enforcement Order. <br /> SE 43-2017 (dock) Bob recommended approval. <br /> Motion made} seconded and unanimously carried to approve the eoc. <br /> SE 43-1935 (dock) Diane did not recommend approval because the dock was <br /> not belt according to the plan. <br /> . Recording of Denials. Bob will check with Town counsel if this Commission can <br /> record denials in our records and if denials can be recorded on deeds. <br /> . Randall/Coyne. Bob requested authorization to work out a revegetatlon plan to <br /> remedy a violation. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously approved to authorize Bob to work out a <br /> rvegetation plan with the owner. <br /> 6. Davey y tree} 7 Bight circle. Mr. Davey's neighbors cut down two trees to provide a <br /> better view. Mr. Davey doesn't wish to go after the neighbor who made the violation, <br /> but rather wishes to plant native growth on his own. Bob recommended approval <br /> Without a filing. <br /> 7. Jack said this was not an issue for the Conservation <br /> Commission, but gave his consent to circulate the later per the above. <br /> . The cost to this Commission would be $1,000 to $1,500, and this fee <br /> would include their checking our regulations for internal consistency and eternal <br /> consistency with other State la ►rs. The initial Town expense will be about $101 0 o to <br /> t the entire Town code in electronic files, but we have to pay to get the Conservation <br /> regulations done. Bob reported that we had puta prohibition on the existing dock <br /> because it was too shallow for a motorized boat, and the owner has now replaced it <br /> with a five home power Zodiac.
