It was agreed that we don't <br /> want to take legal action, but rather try to work with thein to have the bog cleared up. <br /> Bob will write the letter and perhaps say 'it needs to be ars amended order. <br /> 3. Enforcement Order. Bob said Mr. Reagan had a sign advertising Brighton Realty <br /> t the side of the road without a permit, say he will issue an Enforcement Order. <br /> New Business <br /> . Land stewards. Diane reported that the Hessler family has become the first land <br /> stewards for the Mahpe River Woodlands. They are monitoring the trails and trash <br /> on the west side of the Mashpee river. <br /> 2. COC - I I Fond Circler Diane recommended approval. <br /> Motion rade, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the COC issuance for 11 <br /> Pond Circle. <br /> 3. COC - 8 Annawon. Diane did not recommend approval due to erosion problems. <br /> Motion made, seconded and Unanimously carried to not approve the C .e issuance <br /> for 8 An n aw n. <br /> . Culvert work - Santuit Pond Conservation Area. Diane said she talked to Catherine <br /> Laurent at DPW, who said they agreed to put In a culvert for us to create a permanent <br /> roadway there which the Fire Department can use for future fires,, but the price of the <br /> culvert is $1,209. Diane said she would do the filing for thein, but we need to come u <br /> with this money for the culvert. The other possibility is to ask the Fire Department if <br /> they would like to chip in, since they want the road maintained. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the payment of the full <br /> amount of the culvert and ask the Fire Department to pay a portion. <br /> . Cross Osprey Pole - Spinnaker Cove. Bob said he talked with Bill Davis, Fish <br /> Wildlife, and overs. They said they would not have any trouble with an RDA. Diane <br /> cautioned that osprey poles preclude other birds from nesting in the area because they <br /> are a top predator. She isn't saying this is a problem, but there is almost an <br /> overpopulation of ospreys. Bob said there are no other~osprey poles in this vicinity, but <br /> he will double check With Bill Davis. <br /> . Chapter 172 Anrad Fees. Bob said we have never set fees for this, and he <br /> recommend we mirror the State fees, nrhich is $100 maximum for a single family hone <br /> and $1 000 maximum for a commercial project. <br /> 4 <br />
