[Mane and he had discussed some of the plan revisions needed and he <br /> granted to confirm that the deadline for providing this information was five business <br /> days hence (November 14th), and would be on the agenda for the November 21 st <br /> meeting. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to continue November 21 st at :00 <br /> p.m. at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:20 p.m, susarna G r Lein, 127 Tide Faun pruning dead wood from trees and foliage <br /> removal (after the fact). Bob reported that the amount of work done is less than what <br /> vire allow In vista pruning under a Notice of intent, so it could qualify as an RDA. It <br /> involved minor limb removal on the coastal side of the house and some dead limb <br /> removal. He said the Enforcement order clearly informed the owner that in the future <br /> she must file an application.for any vista pruning. He recommended formally permitting <br /> it noir. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to issue a Negative 2 Determination. <br /> 7:25 p.m. Quashnet Malley country club, 309 old Barnstable road (relocation of <br /> putting green and first tee . Steve Hanlon represented the applicant. Bob stated that <br /> because a private development road is being built, some of the tees and gradations are <br /> being changed, all within the original property. He stated that all the work being done <br /> is within the existing fairways, and he recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to rove negative subject to notes <br /> being added to the plan. <br /> 7:30 p.m. Phillip sting, 180 Fells Fond Road (vegetation control after the fact), <br /> replace stone steps, construct good deck (dock) ramp and landing Robert Gray, <br /> Sabatia Inc., represented the applicant. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to close writh the condition that the <br /> dock be constructed with new materials. <br />
