2. Diane asked that the Commission pay her dues for membership in the Massachusetts Society of Municipal conservation Professionals. Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve Diane's request per the above. 3. Diane presented a notice about a meeting associated with the windfarm project for Nantucket sound. Bob thinks we should be observers only at this point. . Two candidates for the conservation Commissioner opening were present. Bob said both were very well qualified. Hearing Agenda 7:00 p.m. Jahn Ka at, 151 Tirnberlane Drive (vista pruning with maintenance in perpetuity . Mr. Rabat was present. Bob said Mr. Kabat has agreed to an acceptable maintenance plan, and Bob recommended approval. Lotion made, seconded and unanimously carried to close this hearing and issue an Order of Conditions. 7;05 ,.r . Benway sisters Trust, 12 Bair Road (demolish bottage and rebuild house). George Benwar presented. Diane asked if there was a coastal bank at the site. The bank was not shown on the plan. Bob said the coastal bank has net fret been staked, but he recommended approval of the project pending receipt of a plan showing a staked bank which can be verified. Mr. Benway said he is not is `increasing the footprint of the building, and he agreed to establish a work limit line 5 ft. from the house. Thea was a lot of discussion about the porch and neva addition being an enlargement. Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to issue a negative determination subject to receipt of a plan showing a staked bank which can be verified and showing a work limit line 5 ft. from the house to the coastal bank. 7:10 p.m. Betty Phillopoullos, 36 summersea Road (removal of trees, vista pruning, adding handicap ramp to deck, replanting of trees and shrubs). Dave consalvi represented the applicant. The issue is that the previous owner had done some major cutting without a permit, and some trees were cut ander the present ownership (the owner said she was not told by ancone that she should have gotten approval for this by the Conservation commission). Diane said the roots of some of the cut growth are alive and sprouting, the applicant has proposed to do some significant planting between the roots, and she recommended approval. Bob and Michael recommended that the planting should be monitored over the net fever gears to assure that invasive growth does not inhibit the new plantings.
