The <br /> bank was not shown on the plan. Bob said the coastal bank has net fret been staked, <br /> but he recommended approval of the project pending receipt of a plan showing a <br /> staked bank which can be verified. <br /> Mr. Benway said he is not is `increasing the footprint of the building, and he agreed to <br /> establish a work limit line 5 ft. from the house. Thea was a lot of discussion about the <br /> porch and neva addition being an enlargement. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to issue a negative determination <br /> subject to receipt of a plan showing a staked bank which can be verified and showing a <br /> work limit line 5 ft. from the house to the coastal bank. <br /> 7:10 p.m. Betty Phillopoullos, 36 summersea Road (removal of trees, vista pruning, <br /> adding handicap ramp to deck, replanting of trees and shrubs). Dave consalvi <br /> represented the applicant. The issue is that the previous owner had done some major <br /> cutting without a permit, and some trees were cut ander the present ownership (the <br /> owner said she was not told by ancone that she should have gotten approval for this by <br /> the Conservation commission). Diane said the roots of some of the cut growth are <br /> alive and sprouting, the applicant has proposed to do some significant planting <br /> between the roots, and she recommended approval. Bob and Michael recommended <br /> that the planting should be monitored over the net fever gears to assure that invasive <br /> growth does not inhibit the new plantings. <br />
