Bob said when the engineer did the latest version of the plan, he did not show the coastal bank. Bob recommended mended approval subject to confirmation from the Board of Health that application has been filed if one is needed , and the applicant will write on the plan that the coastal plan is defined by the previous referenced plan. Mr. Vaccaro said in the previous meeting Diane had requested some changes to the plan, which were made in time for this meeting. He learned yesterday that there were some additional issues, and 1 he requested the nature of the request that has been made to Town Counsel, so his client can provide that information (Bob said he can provide him with that), and 2 he asked that Bob or Diane try to view the flags before the next meeting.
