. Len gave an update on the Quashnet River. They've started to see a fever locations <br /> here the concentration of EDB is increasing in the surface grater, but nowhere near <br /> where it would be a health or ecological concern. Bob recommended approval of the plan subject to verification that the <br /> stakes for the work limit comply with the requirements. <br /> Motion crude, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan subject to <br /> verification by the Agent of the staking of the work limit and an Amended Order of <br /> Conditions for the landscaping. <br /> 7:05 p.m., David Bovamick,, 40 Triton Way (restore and stabilize an eroding coastal <br /> bank with erosion control products). Carl Johnson, Woods Hole Group, represented <br /> the applicant. Bob said there is a problem in that the plan does not include needed <br /> work on an abutter's property. It was agreed that the applicant will withdraw this <br /> application, 2 submit a new plan which will reference the work required on his oven <br /> property as well as that of the abutter's: and which will show any resource area within <br /> 100 ft. of the abutter's property, 3 readvertise and submit green card mailing <br /> confirmations: and obtain a written authorization from the abutter to do the work on <br /> the abutter's property. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to accept a withdrawal of this <br /> application. <br /> p.m., Robert Bateman,, 4 Pe u t Avenue (add garage, deck and move house). <br /> Dave sanicki represented the applicant. ,Bob said we already approved this plan <br /> conceptually, but we requested the applicant to readvertise because of an addition to <br /> the original plan, Mich he did. Bob recommend approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the Amended order of <br /> Conditions. <br /> 7:15 p.m. Anthony Furtado,, Seneca Avenue (upgrade septic to Title . carmen <br /> Shay represented the applicant, presented the plan and stated that is has been <br /> submitted to the Board of Health. <br />
