It was agreed that the applicant will withdraw this application, 2 submit a new plan which will reference the work required on his oven property as well as that of the abutter's: and which will show any resource area within 100 ft. of the abutter's property, 3 readvertise and submit green card mailing confirmations: and obtain a written authorization from the abutter to do the work on the abutter's property.
