Motion rade, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:20 p.m,, Robert Shea, 83 Pond circle (deck extension, driveway, build retaining <br /> walls, remove trees, shed and la . Robert Shea presented the plan. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:26 p.m., Dan coon, 159 Uncle Percy Road (replace deck with family room and <br /> construct new deck). Dan coon presented the plan. Bob recommended approval but <br /> asked Mr. coon to write on the plan that there will be some iirbing of trees, but no <br /> trees will be taken down, which he did. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:30 p.m., Bayswater Development,en , LLC, Fairway Lane and seanest Drive <br /> (continued from 11/21/02). John Vaccaro, Earthtech, represented the applicant. <br /> Bob suggested some wording regarding confirmation of the top of the coastal bank. <br /> Nor. Vaccaro suggested that regarding confirming the top of the coastal bank on each of <br /> the individual lots as owners corns in with their own Notice of Intent, another approach <br /> might be to accept the delineations as shown contingent to honoring the future reviews. <br /> Bob said he has no problem with that. Mike asked if there will be areas (such as <br /> common areas) above the coastal bank that will not core before this Commission. Bob <br /> said they will have to be shown. <br /> Lotion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan subject to <br /> confirmation by the Agent of the remaining wetlands delineations, and subject to the <br /> condition that all house lot applications will be subject to verification of coastal bank <br /> boundaries. <br /> 7:35 p.m., Kenneth Jones, 28 Great River toad (continued from 11/21/02). Dave <br /> sanicki, Cape & Islands Engineering, presented the plan. Bob said there is a minimum <br /> impact but the compensation more than justifies it, on which Michael agreed. Jack <br /> asked is there's any reason that the work limits can't be moved closer to the deck. Mr. <br /> sanicki said vire have to respect that 1 the house is going to be build to flood zone <br /> standards and a ladder will be required to do any maintenance of the deck and 2 the <br /> applicant has given up 1,20ft. to be rvegetated. <br /> Motion made, seconded and nanimously carried to close the hearing and issue an <br /> Order of conditions. <br /> Michael Talbot reclused himself. <br /> � F <br />
