Bob said he has no problem with the concept of the pier and design, but because the work wirl overlap onto an abutter's property, Mr. Leslie must resubmit the plan citing both his parcel and that of his abutter, readvertis , and d railings to the list of affected hone overs which the Board of Assessors will provide. Bob said he will tell DEP to keep the same file but a new cover page will be added to { include the other parcel. Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to close the application with respect to the proposed work on 126 Uncle Percy's Road. Michael Talbot rejoined the meeting. 7:45 p.m., Michael Angled, 60 Horseshoe Bend Way (construct patio, landscape). Mr. Angieri was present. Bob said the incursion of the 60 ft. buffer zone has more than been compensated by the revegetation plan and represents an enhancement over the e isting conditions. He recom m ended approval pending receipt of a plan as to how the plantings will be maintained. Bob reported that [natural Heritage wrote a letter stating their requests, and Perry Ellis wrote letter giving his recommendations which conflict with those of Natural Heritage, so these perceptions have to be reconciled. Jack said he still can't understand why the Harbormaster is involved in this matter because Fells Pond is not a great pond, the DEP and the corps of Engineers have absolutely no interest in Fells Pond, and there are no navigation issues involved here. He said there must be 15 does on the pond, and it's the first time he's ever heard of that the Harbormaster Inas ever gotten involved in the pond.
