.•i
i
mooring closest to the proposed dock was moved by unknown parties after the boating
season ended, and the present site reflects a far greater distance between that last
mooring and the dock. The house has very little frontage and the entire dock is off the
Peterson property, only three ft. from the Peterson property.
Edward skane, a neighbor, said it's his mooring that has been moved to directly in back
of his neighbor's mooring. He has notified the Harbor-Master.
It was agreed that this Commission would approve the plan as submitted, and if the
Board of Appeals and the Harbor Master have a problem with the plan, the applicant
will have to resubmit to the Conservation Commission.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to close the hearing.
7:20 p.m., Ralph c k, 8 Annawon Road (construct an attached garage to existing
house, two retaining walls, modify driveway, relocate utilities). Dave Sanicki, cape
Islands Engineering, represented the applicant, who was also present.
Mr. Sanicki said that Peggy Fantozzi had questioned an inland bank situation and the
wetland authenticity. she said that unless he could show her that the previous plan
was approved by the Commissioner within the last three gears, that would be an issue.
Dave cited documentation that confirmed that the previous order has been within three
gears and the present delineations are the same as shown on the approved plan for the
previous owner's three-bedroom house with a septic system. Bob said he had no
problem with these issues.
Bob said he is concerned about two things-
1) Are the walls on the property accurately shown on the plan? specifically, are the
extensions of the galls previously required by us to prevent erosion reflected on the
current plan. Bob feels he has to verify that. Cave said a hearing with the Board of
Appeals is scheduled on .January 8th and.asked if the Commission could concur with
the wetland delineation. Bob said he would add a condition that we approve what vire
see on the plan, but there could be additional delineations required for any future
projects.
2 Are there going to be three bedrooms? Dave said there will be no increase in
bedrooms because the interior of the house is going to be reconfigured.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to January
16th at 7:05 p.m.
7:26 p. ., John Boniface, 81 Edgewater Road (vista pruning, lawn modification with
maintenance in perpetuity ). ,John said Mr. Boniface is in Florida but he met with him at
