This was not in the <br /> original application, but since it made good sense for wildlife habitat, Bob told him he <br /> could go ahead and file the amended order afterwards and pay an after-the-fact fee. <br /> Bobs4 uestion was since this addition benefits the wildlife habitat, should we charge <br /> the fee. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to allow the amendment with the <br /> normal fee. <br /> 3. Vista pruning. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to extend the vista pruning to April <br /> 1 St. <br /> 4. Bob distributed to the members the revised fee schedule prepared by Aqua. <br /> New Business - None. <br /> • Hearing Agenda <br /> 7:00 p.m., Shirley and Richard Henshall, 24 Captain's Row(landscaping, bank <br /> stabilization, retaining walls, remove invasive and native plantings and vista pruning <br /> with maintenance in perpetuity). <br /> Michael Talbot reclused himself. <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Henshall were present. Bob described the project and recommended <br /> approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:05 p.m., John and Marion Martin, 67 Redwood Circle (landscaping and vista <br /> pruning with maintenance in perpetuity). <br /> Michael Talbot reclused himself. <br /> Selina Rossiter Hunter, Michael Talbot & Associates, Inc. represented the applicant <br /> and presented the plan. <br /> • Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br />
