. SE 3-1780. Bob reported vire have a request for revising plans to reduce grant sites <br /> from Steve Ball, to whom we gave a permit to cultivate oysters. The Array Corps of <br /> Engineers has held up this permit and shrunk it to about 1/5th of its usual size, and now <br /> his permit is about to expire. Bob thinks it reasonable to give him maintenance in <br /> perpetuity and reflect in his Certificate of Compliance the reprised plan, which is about <br /> 0% smaller than the original. <br /> Motion rade, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the revisions and issue a <br /> Certificate of Compliance giving maintenance in perpetuity and stating the revised plan. <br /> 5. Enforcement orders -- 13 and 15 Ocean Bluff Drive for topping trees. Michael said a <br /> black cherry was cut to about 3 ft. and all the vegetation was cut to about 1 1/2 ft. <br /> Motion made} seconded and unanimously carried to issue enforcement orders to the <br /> owners of 13 and 15 ocean Bluff Drive for illegal cutting. <br /> 6. Public hearing to revise application fees. This will be held on April 24th at 6:45 p.m. <br /> . Staffing during Pauline's absence. Bob reported that having Diana Lund fill in is not <br /> going to work. He has Joke's approval for Aqua, who has always done a remarkably <br /> proficient job and worked 150%, to juggle her hours and be paid at Pauline's rate. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously approved for Aqua O'Hara to fill in for <br /> Pauline at Pauline's rate. <br /> . Jehu Pond Management Plan. Bob has reviewed this and he recommended <br /> approval. <br /> Motion made} seconded and unanimously carried to approve the Jehu Pond <br /> Management Plan. <br /> . Halpern rase. Bob reported Torn Counsel filed this today. <br /> 10. Sheehan case. Bob said the last he beard was that Mr. Sheehan had trouble <br /> getting the Board of Health to sign off on their issues. Bob has not contacted George <br /> Heufelter, but Mr. Sheehan did pay the $2,000 for the monitoring. <br /> New Business: <br /> 1. Cape Cod trails cleanup. ,Jack said he had a call from Martha Twalrnbr requesting a <br /> contact in Mashpee to coordinate this work. He suggested that Renee Fudala was the <br /> ideal person. Bob said he had a call from someone who wants to coordinate with us on <br /> Beautification Week. He said he'll tell the caller if he/she can't do it, he will. <br />
