Slope control at 56 Wal eby Road. Bob reported that an order of Conditions has <br /> expired. The owner wishes to sell the property and has submitted a plan which <br /> includes a worklimit where it belongs and a retaining wall (about 3 feet). Bob thinks the <br /> fan is sound, but be Wil run it by Russ Wheeler. once a design is agreed upon, Bob <br /> would like to handle this by issuing an Enforcement order to eliminate a lot of red tape. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to clear up this ,natter by issuing an <br /> Enforcement order. <br /> 2. Approval of minutes of April 24, 2003. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the subject minutes. <br /> 3. Angor Storage deed. Bob said there's some question about title clearance and he <br /> asked the members to sign another deed which he W11 hold until the matter is geared <br /> up. <br /> . Letter from Cape Cod Commission re N.S. Flat Pond subdivision. Bob summarized <br /> this letter and said there is nothing for this Commission to do at this time. <br /> 5. Letter from Cape cod Pathways Clean-up Committee designating Saturday, June <br /> tin, as work day. Jack said he had received this letter. <br /> New Business: None <br />
