Thomas Callaghan, Dean's Hollow Road (demolish deck and slab, construct neer deck stairs, shed: clearing: grading and landscaping). Chris Costa represented the applicant and presented the plan. At Bob request, IIIb. Costa will e-mail to him a narrative stating that there will be no net increase in the lawn, and Bob recommended approval. Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan subject to receipt of a revised plan. f1 .rte. Bayswater Development, 252 shore Drive (reconstruct facility, drainage, waste water treatment). Representing the applicant were Leslie Fields and Sarah Martin, ' ostino, both from the Hoods Hole Group, David artin, Falmouth Engineering, and Bill Burt, Bayswater Development. Ms. Fields resented the Ian. Bob said all requirements have been met and he � p recommended approval. Jack asked about the gate water treatment facility, which had a temporary approval. 1r. Burt said they now have ap ool permit for 300,000 gallons per day, but their use Wil not exceed 100,000 gallons per day. Jack asked about the existing concrete patio and pre-existing beach barn approved a couple of years ago. Ills. Fields said they would like to keep both as they get a lot of use.
