Thomas Callaghan, Dean's Hollow Road (demolish deck and slab, <br /> construct neer deck stairs, shed: clearing: grading and landscaping). Chris Costa <br /> represented the applicant and presented the plan. At Bob request, IIIb. Costa will <br /> e-mail to him a narrative stating that there will be no net increase in the lawn, and Bob <br /> recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan subject to <br /> receipt of a revised plan. <br /> f1 .rte.
