• MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION Minutes of June 5, 2003 Public Hearing Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 Commissioners present: Jack Fitzsimmons, Cass Costa, Stephanie Jones, John Miller, Leonard Pinaud, Ralph Shaw and Michael Talbot. Staff present: Robert Sherman, Agent; Frances Wise, Board Secretary Jack Fitzsimmons, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. Public Hearing: None Non-Hearing Agenda Old Business: 1. Popponesset Beach Association. Bob reported that we had allowed four beach cleanings per year, and they are asking for a fifth because they have teamed up with New Seabury to do the beach cleaning at the same time. Bob said if they had asked for five in the first place, it would not had made any difference to us, and he has no objection to a fifth now. Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the request subject to an amended order requesting a fifth cleaning. 2. Belland, 7 Barbary Circle. Bob reported that we had approved a dock about a month ago, but they neglected to show two pilings and Mr. Belland is now requesting an administrative approval to reflect this additional data. Bob said if our original thin we would have approved n recorded since this is some pp approval has not et been 9 PP Y in the first place, we can approve this request administratively, and the applicant won't have to file an amended order Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this request administratively if the original approval has not been recorded. If it has been recorded, they will have to file an amended order. 3. Michael Pinnetti, 34 Pond View Drive - File 00-2 Bob reported that his order is about to expire and the applicant has not finished his landscaping, so he is requesting an extension. Bob recommended approval for an extension (which is typically for a three-year period) pending his visiting the site to make sure that the work done so far is • in compliance with the original order.
