• MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of June 5, 2003 <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Commissioners present: Jack Fitzsimmons, Cass Costa, Stephanie Jones, John <br /> Miller, Leonard Pinaud, Ralph Shaw and Michael Talbot. <br /> Staff present: Robert Sherman, Agent; Frances Wise, Board Secretary <br /> Jack Fitzsimmons, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> Public Hearing: None <br /> Non-Hearing Agenda <br /> Old Business: <br /> 1. Popponesset Beach Association. Bob reported that we had allowed four beach <br /> cleanings per year, and they are asking for a fifth because they have teamed up with <br /> New Seabury to do the beach cleaning at the same time. Bob said if they had asked <br /> for five in the first place, it would not had made any difference to us, and he has no <br /> objection to a fifth now. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the request subject to an <br /> amended order requesting a fifth cleaning. <br /> 2. Belland, 7 Barbary Circle. Bob reported that we had approved a dock about a <br /> month ago, but they neglected to show two pilings and Mr. Belland is now requesting <br /> an administrative approval to reflect this additional data. Bob said if our original <br /> thin we would have approved <br /> n recorded since this is some pp <br /> approval has not et been 9 <br /> PP Y <br /> in the first place, we can approve this request administratively, and the applicant won't <br /> have to file an amended order <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this request <br /> administratively if the original approval has not been recorded. If it has been recorded, <br /> they will have to file an amended order. <br /> 3. Michael Pinnetti, 34 Pond View Drive - File 00-2 Bob reported that his order is <br /> about to expire and the applicant has not finished his landscaping, so he is requesting <br /> an extension. Bob recommended approval for an extension (which is typically for a <br /> three-year period) pending his visiting the site to make sure that the work done so far is <br /> • in compliance with the original order. <br />
