Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this application, <br /> 7:05 p.m., Peninsular Council of Neter seabury, 4 Fells Pond circle regrade and <br /> spread sand on beach and supplemental plantings with maintenance in perpetuity). <br /> Peter Zentz and Beth Arelsten, represented the applicant, and requested a <br /> continuance. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to August 7 at <br /> 7:05 p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:10 p.m., Peninsula Council of Neter seaâ–ºbury, 68 Fells Pond Circle regrade and <br /> spread sand on beach and supplemental plantings with maintenance in perpetuity). <br /> Peter Zentz and Beth Amelsten, represented the applicant, and requested a <br /> continuance. <br /> Motion made, sedonded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to August 7 at <br /> 710 p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:15 .m., Dennis Williams, 10 Triton Way revegeta ion and vista pruning with <br /> maintenance in perpetuity). Brad Holmes, BSc Group, and Kris Hoduchi, landscape <br /> designer, represented the applicant and presented the pram_ <br /> The members asked that the plan show exactly where the vista pruning will be done, <br /> assuring that it will not exceed 25% of the view corridor, and stipulating that the limb <br /> pruning (maintenance or vista pruning) is approved only for the view corridor. <br /> Therefore, any pruning of trees outside the view corridor can only be dead wood <br /> pruning_ The plan will specify the trees that are in the category of landscape trees and <br /> those in the category of native trees. <br /> Jack asked if the owner will have carte blanche to prune the landscape trees, which <br /> presumably were planted by the over as part of the landscape plan. Michael said <br /> maintenance in perpetuity includes thinning and pruning. Bob said that's a good <br /> question but a moot one because they did not ask for a certificate of compliance with <br /> maintenance in perpetuity. <br /> Ms. Horiuchi described the components of the revegetation, which Michael said were <br /> excellent choices, Also the applicant wishes to install a 4 ft. high wood fence to <br /> delineate the property, which the members thought was a good idea. They will write on <br /> the plan that the fence \Mll be 12" above the ground. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to August 7 at <br /> 7:15 . ., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:20 p.m. henry Rhodes, 47 Redwood circle (move small shed to new location). <br />
